This wonderful drink recipe is made from Flor de Cana rum, lime, agave nectar, lemongrass and ginger ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz White Rum (Flor de Cana)
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Lemongrass
- 3/4 oz Agave Nectar
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- slice Lime - for garnish
- Ginger Ale - to fill
- Garnish: Lime, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle lemongrass and agave nectar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add rum, lime juice and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with ginger ale.
- Stir gently, then garnish with a slice of lime and mint.
