Banana Daiquiri Recipe
Like all daiquiri's, the Banana Daiquiri is made by blending a select ingredient list with ice in a food processor. Made from white rum, banana liqueur, banana, lime cordial and sugar, and served in a margarita glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
- 1 tsp Confectioner's Sugar
- 1/2 Banana - small
- 1/2 oz Lime Cordial - or Rose's Lime
- Garnish: Banana
- Glass: Margarita Glass
Directions
- Add crushed ice to a margarita glass.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in a food processor.
- Pour into the glass and garnish with a banana slice.
