Bitches Brew Recipe
The Bitches Brew cocktail recipe was invented by Daniel Eun, winner of the 2008 Clement Cocktail Challenge. Made from Clement Premiere Canne rum, Dos Maderos PX, St. Elizabeth allspice dram, simple syrup, egg and lime juice, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum (Clement Premiere Canne)
- 1 oz Dark Rum (Dos Maderos PX)
- 1/2 oz Pimento Dram (St. Elizabeth Allspice)
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (Clement Sirop de Canne)
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 Egg
- Cinnamon - for garnish
- Nutmeg - for garnish
- Garnish: Cinnamon, Nutmeg
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients without ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, and shake again.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and freshly grated nutmeg.
