Bossanova Recipe
The Bossanova drink is our take on the Bossa Nova style of Brazilian music from the 50's and 60's. The drink is made from white rum, Galliano, apricot brandy, apple juice and lime juice, and served in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Galliano
- 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
- 2 oz Apple Juice - pressed
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Simple Syrup
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with lime wedges.
