Cali Absinthe Recipe
Let the green fairy in tonight and enjoy the party. The Cali Absinthe cocktail recipe is a clear colored drink made from Caliche rum, Batavia arrack, lime juice, simple syrup and mint, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum (Caliche)
- 1/2 oz Arrack (Batavia)
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 8 leaves Mint - plus more for garnish
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add rum, arrack, lime juice and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with mint.
