Cali Cafe Recipe
Add a little kick to your coffee after dinner tonight. The Cali Café drink recipe is made from Caliche rum, maraschino liqueur, cherry Heering, coffee, simple syrup, orange and cherry, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum (Caliche)
- 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy (Cherry Heering)
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Coffee - cold
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Orange, Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients and stir well.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange twist.
