Cali Gold Recipe
The Cali Gold is a good drink to serve alongside traditional tacos or authentic Mexican food. Made from Caliche rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, agave nectar, cilantro and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.

Directions
- Muddle cilantro and agave nectar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add rum, lime juice, pineapple juice and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with cilantro.
