The Caribbean Champagne is a bubbly cocktail made form light rum, banana liqueur, bitters, champagne, banana and pineapple, and served in a chilled champagne flute.

- Add rum, crème de bananes and bitters to a chilled champagne flute.
- Fill with chilled champagne or sparkling wine.
- Garnish with banana, pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
