Coco-oco Recipe
The Coco-oco is a tropical non-alcoholic cocktail perfect for watching the sun set over the ocean. Made from coconut cream, lemon juice, maraschino syrup, milk and bitters, and served in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 4 tsp Coconut Cream
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Cherry Syrup - maraschino, from the cherry jar
- 3-1/2 oz Milk
- 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Pineapple, Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in a food processor or blender.
- Pour into a highball glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a pineapple leaf.
