Coquito Recipe
The Coquito is a cream colored cocktail made from Bacardi rum, coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz White Rum (Bacardi Superior)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Coconut Cream
- 1/2 oz Milk - condensed
- 1 oz Milk - evaporated
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- pinch Cinnamon
- dash Vanilla Liqueur - or vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
