Cucumber Bitter Sweet Recipe
The Cucumber Bitter Sweet is a refreshingly fruity red colored drink made from Effen cucumber vodka, watermelon, lemon juice, simple syrup and Campari, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cucumber Vodka (Effen Cucumber Vodka)
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 chunks Watermelon - about 1x2 inches
- Garnish: Watermelon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle watermelon and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and shake for 5 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and garnish with a watermelon slice.
