The Cucumber Martini is an elegant cocktail made from Effen cucumber vodka, dry white vermouth, absinthe and cucumber, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cucumber Vodka (Effen Cucumber Vodka)
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth - white
- 1 tsp Absinthe
- 1 slice Cucumber - for garnish
- Garnish: Cucumber
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake Effen cucumber vodka, dry white vermouth and absinthe with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber floating on top.
