Cucumber Coconut Palm Recipe
The Cucumber Coconut Palm is made from Effen cucumber vodka, coconut water, kiwi, lemon juice and simple syrup, and served over ice in a highball glass.

- Reserve 1 kiwi slice, then muddle the remainder with lemon juice and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, Effen cucumber vodka and coconut water, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice, and garnish with the kiwi slice.
