The Cucumber Elegant is a classy cocktail made from Effen cucumber vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and mint, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cucumber Vodka (Effen Cucumber Vodka)
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 leaves Mint
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add Effen cucumber vodka, lime juice and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with more mint.
