Effen Spring Breeze Recipe
The Effen Spring Breeze is a refreshing drink made from Effen cucumber vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, pineapple, cucumber and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cucumber Vodka (Effen Cucumber Vodka)
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 chunks Pineapple
- 2 slices Cucumber
- Club Soda - to fill
- Garnish: Cucumber
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle simple syrup, pineapple and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Add Effen cucumber vodka and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and add cucumber slices for garnish.
- Top with chilled club soda.
