The Daisy de Santiago cocktail is made from Don Q rum, yellow Chartreuse, lime juice, simple syrup, club soda, mint and lime, and served over ice in a wine glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum (Don Q)
- 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 2 oz Lime Juice
- 1-1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- splash Club Soda
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint, Lime
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, Chartreuse, lime juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a wine glass full of ice and top with a splash of club soda.
- Garnish with fresh mint and lime.
