Del Toro Recipe
The Del Toro drink recipe is a spicy cocktail made from Don Q white rum, sriracha, simple syrup, cilantro, cucumber and club soda, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum (Don Q)
- 4 drops Sriracha Sauce
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 5 sprigs Cilantro
- 5 slices Cucumber
- Club Soda - to top
- Garnish: Cucumber, Cilantro
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle cilantro, cucumber, simple syrup and sriracha in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Fill with ice and add rum, then stir well.
- Garnish with cucumber and cilantro.
