Ginger Craft Recipe
The Ginger Craft is a light and refreshing pink drink made from rum, sparkling rosé win, lime juice, ginger and ginger ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Champagne (Joseph Cartron Guignolet de Bourgogne) - rosé sparkling wine
- 2/3 oz Lime Juice
- 2 slices Ginger
- Ginger Ale - to fill
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a highball glass, then fill with ice.
- Add rum, rosé sparkling wine and lime juice, then stir gently.
- Fill with chilled ginger ale.
