Grandaddy Mimosa Recipe
The Grandaddy Mimosa is a Caribbean variation of the classic Mimosa drink. Made from Bacardi rum, orange juice, lemon jiuce, grenadine and champagne, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum (Bacardi)
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Grenadine
- Champagne - chilled, to top
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, orange juice and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute, and fill wiht chilled champagne.
- Slowly pour grenadine down the center, and garnish with an orange twist.
