Incredible Ginger Recipe
The Incredible Ginger is a refreshing purple summer drink made from Mozart Dry chocolate liqueur, Monin blackberry syrup, ginger and tonic water, and served over ice in a highball glass with mint and blackberries.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Mozart Dry)
- 1 tbsp Blackberry Syrup (Monin)
- 2 slices Ginger
- Tonic Water
- 3 Blackberry - for garnish
- Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Blackberry, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, then add Mozart Dry chocolate liqueur, Monin blackberry syrup and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with chilled tonic water and garnish with blackberries and mint.
