Irish Passion Recipe
The Irish Passion drink recipe is made from Irish whiskey, passion fruit liqueur, pink grapefruit juice, lychee juice, elderflower syrup, bitters and mint, and served over ice in a rocks glass garnished with a lime twist, orange peel, maraschino cherry, mint and grapefruit peel.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Passionfruit Liqueur
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice - pink grapefruit
- 1 tbsp Lychee Juice
- 1 tsp Elderflower Syrup
- 2 dashes Bitters
- 8 leaves Mint - 2 for garnish
- Lime - peel, for garnish
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Grapefruit - peel, for garnish
- Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry, Orange, Lime, Grapefruit
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add Irish whiskey, passion fruit liqueur, pink grapefruit juice, lychee juice, elder flower syrup, bitters and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a lime twist, orange peel, grapefruit peel and maraschino cherry.
