Mary Pickford Recipe
The Mary Pickford cocktail recipe is an orange colored drink named for the Canadian-born Hollywood actress. Made from Clement Premiere Canne rum, pineapple juice, maraschino liqueur and grenadine, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz White Rum (Clement Premiere Canne)
- 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 drops Grenadine
- Sugar - to rim glass
- Strawberry - for garnish
- Starfruit - for garnish
- Garnish: Star Fruit
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail glass, then dip into sugar to coat the rim.
- Shake rum, maraschino liqueur, pineapple juice and grenadine with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a strawberry and starfruit.
