Midori Mojito Recipe
The Midori Mojito drink is made from Midori melon liqueur, white rum, mint leaves, lime and club soda, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1-1/2 oz White Rum
- 8 leaves Mint
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- Club Soda - to top
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges in a rocks glass.
- Add the remaining ingredients with ice, except the club soda.
- Stir and top with club soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
