The Notting Hill cocktail recipe is made from Clement Premiere Canne rum, sugar syrup, lime juice, Campari and absinthe, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum (Clement Premiere Canne)
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 2 dashes Absinthe
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (Clement Sirop de Canne)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
