Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- Club Soda - to fill
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, pineapple juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
- Stir gently and serve.
