Rhubarb Ginger Cooler Recipe
The Rhubarb Ginger Cooler is a relaxing red colored drink recipe made form Gran Gala Triple Orange liqueur, vodka, strawberry, mint, lemon juice, tea, prosecco and rhubarb-ginger compote, and served over ice in a highball glass.

- Rhubarb-Ginger Compote: boil 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 3 oz fresh ginger and 1 pound rhubarb (cut into pieces). Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove ginger and allow to cool.
- Muddle strawberry, mint and rhubarb-ginger compote in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add orange liqueur, vodka, lemon juice, tea and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with prosecco.
- Stir gently and garnish with fresh mint.
