San Sebastian Sling Recipe
The San Sebastian Sling is an orange colored drink recipe made from Don Q white rum, bourbon, maple syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice, apricot nectar and maple syrup, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum (Don Q)
- 1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Maple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Apricot Nectar
- dash Angostura Bitters
- Club Soda - to fill
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except club soda, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice.
