Sazerac No 1 Recipe
The Sazerac drink is a classic cocktail recipe made from Lucid absinthe, rye whiskey, Angostura bitters, Peychaud bitters, sugar and lemon, and served over ice in a rocks glass.

Directions
- Pour absinthe into a chilled rocks glass and swirl around to coat the inside of the glass, then discard any excess.
- Muddle a sugar cube with Peychaud and Angostura bitters in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and whiskey and shake well, then pour into the glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
