- 3 oz Sherry - amontillado sherry
- 1/4 tsp Curacao - orange liqueur
- 1/4 tsp Simple Syrup
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Pineapple
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Shake sherry, curacao and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a wine glass full of crushed ice.
