Tobago Recipe
The Tobago is a tropical cocktail made from rum, gin, lime juice and guava syrup. Guava juice is an adequate substitute for guava juice, and easier to find in stores.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Guava Syrup - or 1 tbsp guava juice
- Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
