Vendanges Recipe
The Vendanges is an exciting red colored drink made from Joseph Cartron creme de cassis, Joseph Cartron ginger liqueur, grape juice, cherry syrup, vodka and ginger ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2/3 oz Creme de Cassis (Joseph Cartron)
- 2/3 oz Ginger Liqueur (Joseph Cartron)
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Grape Juice - red
- 1 dash Cherry Syrup
- Ginger Ale
- 3-4 Grape - for garnish
- Garnish: Grapes
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add creme de cassis, ginger liqueur, vodka, cherry syrup and grape juice, then stir gently until mixed.
- Top with ginger ale and garnish with grapes.
