The Zombie 1575 is a spooky strong drink made from rum, falernum, lime juice, sour mix, Pernod and grenadine, and served over ice in a highball glass and plenty of fresh ingredients for garnish.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Golden Rum
- 1-1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Falernum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Sour Mix
- 6 drops Pernod
- 1 tsp Grenadine (Bols)
- Pineapple - for garnish
- Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple, Flowers, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients and stir gently.
- Garnish with pineapple, mint and a flower.
