Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Pisco
- 1/2 oz Scotch Whiskey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Margarita Glass
Directions
- Blend Pisco, Scotch, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice until nearly smooth.
- Pour into a margarita glass.
- Garnish with freshly grated lemon peel.
