Autumn-Tini Recipe
The Autumn-tini cocktail recipe is a mix of fall flavors in a wonderful drink. Made from Cruzan rum, hazelnut liqueur and pear nectar, and served in a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with traditional fall spices.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum (Cruzan)
- 1/2 oz Hazelnut Liqueur (DeKuyper Hazelnut Bliss)
- 1-1/2 oz Pear Juice - or pear nectar
- Sugar - to rim glass
- Cinnamon - to rim glass
- Cayenne Pepper - to rim glass
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail glass, then dip into a mix of cinnamon, cayenne pepper and sugar to coat the rim.
- Shake rum, hazelnut liqueur and pear nectar with ice, then strain into the glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
