Bali Hai Recipe
The Bali Hai cocktail is a tropical drink recipe made from white rum, aguardiente, lemon juice, lime juice, orgeat syrup, grenadine and champagne, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Aguardiente
- 2 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Orgeat Syrup
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- Champagne - chilled, to top
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into a chilled Collins glass.
- Top with chilled champagne and serve.
