Barbossa Recipe
Hector Barbossa, the infamous pirate from the epic movie Pirates of the Caribbean, is honored with this hearty cocktail. The Barbossa drink recipe is made from rum, passion fruit liqueur, triple sec, grenadine, lime juice and orange juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with kumquat, cherry and mint.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Passionfruit Liqueur
- 2 tsp Triple Sec
- 2 tsp Grenadine
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- slice Kumquat - for garnish
- Cherry - for garnish
- leaf Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Kumquat, Maraschino Cherry, Mint
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with kumquat, cherry and mint, and toast your favorite pirate captain.
