The Bayard Fizz drink recipe is made from gin, maraschino liqueur, lime juice, raspberry syrup, club soda an raspberries, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 tbsp Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Raspberry Syrup
- Club Soda
- 3-4 Raspberry - for garnish
- Garnish: Raspberry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, maraschino liqueur, lime juice and raspberry syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a few raspberries.
