Bijou Recipe
The Bijou cocktail is a green colored cocktail made from gin, green Chartreuse, sweet vermouth and orange bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- 2-3 Olive - for garnish
- Garnish: Olive
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Stir gin, green Chartreuse, sweet vermouth and orange bitters with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a few olives on a toothpick.
