Blackberry Pear Bellini Recipe
The Blackberry Pear Bellini is a Celtic version of the classic Bellini cocktail. A red colored drink made from Caorunn gin, blackberry brandy, pear juice and chilled champagne, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 2/3 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 1/3 oz Blackberry Brandy
- 2/3 oz Pear Juice
- Champagne - chilled, to top
- 1 Blackberry - for garnish
- Garnish: Blackberry
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Add Caorunn gin, pear juice and blackberry brandy to a chilled champagne flute.
- Fill with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with a blackberry.
