The Blackberryade Gin is a red cocktail made from gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, club soda and blackberries, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (Beefeater 24)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 6 Blackberry
- Club Soda
- slice Lemon
- Garnish: Lemon, Blackberry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle blackberries in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with ice, then add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup and stir.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice and blackberries.
