The Blood and Sable cocktail recipe is made from Clement Premiere Canne rum, Cherry Heering, sweet vermouth, Peychaud bitters and orange juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz White Rum (Clement Premiere Canne)
- 3/4 oz Cherry Brandy (Cherry Heering)
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Orange Juice
- 2 dashes Bitters (Peychaud)
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist, or a flamed orange peel.
