Boise de Rose Recipe
The Bois de Rose is a orange-colored cocktail perfect for New Year's Eve, made from St-Germain elderflower liqueur, Aperol, gin, lemon juice and champagne, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1 tbsp Aperol
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Champagne - Brute Rose
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Shake the gin, elderflower liqueur, Aperol and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute, and top with brut rose champagne.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
