The Bramble is a relaxing drink made from Martin Miller's gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and blackberry brandy, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Martin Miller's)
- 1 tbsp Blackberry Brandy
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- wedge Lemon - for garnish
- 1 Blackberry - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Blackberry
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
- Add gin, blackberry brandy, lemon juice and simple syrup, then stir gently.
- Overflow the glass with more crushed ice, and garnish with a lemon wedge and a blackberry.
