The By Invitation Only cocktail is a balanced fruity cocktail perfect for any party or occasion. A red colored drink made from gin, blackberry liqueur, simple syrup, lime juice and egg white, and served over ice in a highball or Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1 tbsp Blackberry Liqueur
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg - white
- 2-3 Blackberry - for garnish
- Club Soda - or tonic water, to fill
- Garnish: Blackberry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, blackberry liqueur, lime juice, egg white and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a highball or Collins glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda or tonic water, and garnish with blackberries.
