The Caorunn Blush is a fruity cocktail made from Caorunn gin, tonic water, bitters, apple and lemon, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 slices Apple
- 2 slices Lemon
- Tonic Water - to fill
- Garnish: Apple, Lemon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Fill a rocks glass with ice and add apple and lemon slices.
- Add gin and bitter, then fill with tonic water and stir gently.
