Cleary Crane Recipe
The Clearly Crane is a fun and colorful punch made from Caorunn gin, dry vermouth, tonic water, Sprite lemon-lime soda and lemon bitters, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 3 oz Tonic Water
- 5 drops Lemon Bitters
- Lemon-lime Soda (Sprite)
- 2 slices Orange
- 2 slices Lemon
- 4 leaves Mint
- Garnish: Lemon, Orange, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add gin, dry vermouth, tonic water, fruit slices and mint, and stir gently.
- Fill to the top with Sprite lemon-lime soda and serve.
