Collinson Recipe
The Collision cocktail is made from gin, dry vermouth, cherry brandy, orange bitters, strawberry and lemon, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/4 oz Cherry Brandy - kirschwasser
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- 1/2 oz Strawberry - for garnish
- 1 slice Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Strawberry, Lemon
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Stir gin, dry vermouth, kirschwasser and orange bitters with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Squeeze the lemon over the drink, then garnish with strawberry and lemon.
