The Crossbow is an elegant cocktail perfect for sitting beside the fire on a cold winter evening. Made from gin, creme de cacao, Cointreau and hot cocoa mix, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

- Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail glass, then dip it into hot cocoa powder.
- Shake gin, Cointreau and creme de cacao with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass, without disturbing the cocoa rim.
