Cucumber Irish Blessing Recipe
The Cucumber Irish Blessing is a fun drink for St. Patrick's Day. Made from Effen cucumber vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, bitters, mint and club soda, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cucumber Vodka (Effen Cucumber Vodka)
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 4-5 leaves Mint
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Club Soda - to top
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake Effen cucumber vodka, lime juice, mint, bitters and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with more mint.
