Danish Gin Fizz Recipe
The Danish Gin Fizz drink recipe is made from gin, cherry Heering, lime juice, sugar and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy (Cherry Heering)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Club Soda
- slice Lime
- Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, cherry brandy, lime juice and sugar well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda, and garnish with a slice of lime and a maraschino cherry.
